We were sat round the dining room table discussing and wondering how we could incorporate unusual, unique, new and exciting products for women into our existing website www.specialexpressions.co.uk . It was decided that this would not happen and Clara's Loft was conceived. About the time of the launch of the latest Tomb Raider game - I was Google searching Lara Croft and by mistake typed Clara Loft - this still led to Tomb Raider. As a fan of Lara Croft and the Tomb Raider games and films we thought "what a great name for a website"
Lara Croft's personality and character is one of fearlessness with an independent spirit. She is athletic and has a dogged determination to reach her goals. Lara is interesting because she is perceived in different ways by different people. She is the heroine and the anti-hero all in one. She is ultimately a tomb raider and an adventurer. Lara was never meant to be portrayed as a traditional bimbo vixen kind of woman.
